Keum Boo is an ancient Korean technique of bonding fine gold to fine silver with the using heat and pressure simultaneously.
Mokume Gane is a Japanese metalworking procedure which produces a mixed-metal laminate with distinctive layered patterns. Mokume Gane translates closely to "wood grain metal" or "wood eye metal". This piece of Mokume Gane was made by Dan Baker.
