We have reduced the price on this ring. This sapphire was bought in 1987 as a Padparadscha from the miner and cuter. The current GIA certificate description on the stone is a natural, untreated (no color enhancement) reddish-orange sapphire. GIA has restricted their determination of Padparadscha, requiring it to have a more pinkish hue. (No chemical or mineral make-up of the material determines the difference.)
